morning routine

Here are some tips i like to share about boosting brain power. This writing has been summarised from resource '4mind4life' blog.

HOW TO AMP UP BRAIN POWER IN THE MORNING FOR INCREASE ENERGY LEVEL
1. try taking cool shower
2. listen to some energetic music
3. get plenty of sleep
>>> going sleep when u r tired + waking up at the same time each morning is the optimal sleep strategy
4. have fruit juice with breakfast
5. set an alarm clock
>>> to ensure a productive and mentally stimulating morning
6. consider drinking green tea
>>> for calming, soothes and relaxes the body
>>> drink in the morning before eating breakfast
7. turn on light, get dose of sunshine
>>> light is great for boosting brain power and activity
>>> shift brain from slower wave state to higher frequency that promote happy, active brain/state of mind
>>> sunlight triggers release of neurotransmitter serotonin and depomine which are great for brain health
8. get some fresh air in the house
9. eat a hearty breakfast
>>> breakfast being the most important meal of the day because it is the 1st time u hav eaten anything for long period of time
>>> healthy brain food: egg,milk,fresh fruits,whole grains,cereal
10. start the day with physical exercise
